Black Bean Dip
Veggie crack, as Marsha calls it.

Ingredients
1 can black beans (drained)
2 plum tomatoes (diced)
4 green onions
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1-2 jalapeños (diced)
Cilantro (optional)
Dressing
3 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Chop and dice all ingredients.
Combine ingredients in a bowl.
Mix dressing ingredients.
Add dressing to bowl.
Let flavors blend for at least an hour.
