Turkey Sloppy Joes

Ingredients

ground turkey

onion, diced

garlic, minced

15 oz can tomato sauce

tomato paste

maple syrup

mustard

tsp
smoked paprika or chili powder (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions
Sauté onion + garlic in a skillet for 2-3 min.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, maple syrup, mustard, and spices.
Simmer 10-15 min until thickened.
Serve on buns.
